What is Your Order Pickup Policy?

Once you receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup , you may collect it at our store during regular business hours. If you wish to designate someone else to pick up your order, please notify us via email with their full name. They will need to provide a valid ID at the time of pickup. To expedite the process, please bring your order number when arriving at the store. You have 60 days from the date your order status is updated to "Ready for Pickup" to collect your order, unless a different pickup date has been agreed upon. Orders not picked up within the 60-day window will be deemed abandoned and canceled . No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

One of VOLK RACING’s design aesthetics is a ”well-founded line” and the ”shape with will” It’s not simply design for design, it’s the need for stimulating shape for function in a street car. But G025 evolves 5mm spoke width.

The spoke looks like beautiful high heeled shoes, and can accept power from latest high-performance car easily. This is The Professional Forged Dynamic feeling made capable by a 100% made in house racing wheel. Because it made with knowledge of the extreme situation. For design feature, it is a universal 2x5 design, but the bolt hole has been arranged on center of spoke instead of between spoke and spoke. In addition, the weight less hole has been arranged beside the bolt hole and the root of spokes. This hole tailored by a 5 axis machining machine.

The spoke section, which is completely different from G25 and G16, correspond with the latest trend of high-offsets and big brakes. It brings a sharp and a racing concave design. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. T1 Motorsports is not liable for any delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during ordering.

All processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% processing fee, this is mainly to cover any payment processing and cancelation fee with the manufacturer or warehouse. A processed order is an order that has already been put in our system and the product has been taken out of inventory and moving towards the packing and shipping face.

On special order or custom-made orders, the processing face is indicated when the manufacturer has received our order. Please be courteous and notify us ASAP if you wish to cancel any order(s) that were recently placed in order to prevent it from shipping out.

Due to the nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on special order items, opened, installed, incomplete, or otherwise used products. If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned within 30 days after the product has been delivered. This does not apply to SPECIAL ORDER items. Once the product is returned, you have two options for your refund:

You may have your purchase refunded back on your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee of the total amount. In this case, please know that the initial shipping is not refundable (free shipping items still incur shipping chargers which MUST be deducted on a return). All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of delivery date. If you are still browsing and want an alternate product, we can provide you with a full credit minus shipping costs as a T1 Motorsports store credit. Some brands are excluded and may incur up to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us to confirm.

On both refund options, a return shipping label may be provided if you are unable to ship the product(s) back using your own method of shipping. This shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund or credit.

We strive on making our fitment guide perfect. If you have any fitment issues regarding your product, please contact us by email or phone and we will solve your issue.
