If you wish to designate someone else to pick up your order, please notify us via email with their full name. They will need to provide a valid ID at the time of pickup. You have 60 days from the date your order status is updated to "Ready for Pickup" to collect your order, unless a different pickup date has been agreed upon. Ethanol is rocket fuel for your daily driver. Our TrueFlex flex-fuel conversion kit upgrades the factory engine computer to read and instantly adapt to any Ethanol blend, unleashing huge power.

2021+ model years and some 2019-2020 variations are equipped with a Gen 2 factory transmission control unit (TCU) with advanced factory security that locks them from tuning. Stock TCU tunes include software limiters that restrict engine power when torque limits are exceeded from ECU tuning. For A5/A5 models with locked TCUs, our calibration team has custom-coded the engine control unit (ECU) programming to properly manage torque signals to and from the transmission. This advanced strategy safely enables full horsepower and torque, even without a TCU tune.

Add significant increases in performance with up to 359 horsepower and 448ft-lbs from an IE Stage 1 ECU Tune for your Audi B9 A4 or A5. Flash instant horsepower gains, increased torque, and faster acceleration with octane-specific options for 91, 93, or TrueFlex ethanol fuels. Engineered to operate on stock hardware or compatible with intake, intercooler, catback exhaust, and TrueFlex upgrades.

The IE Stage 2 ECU tune with an upgraded downpipe delivers the most performance potential available from your stock engine and turbocharger with a tire-spinning 337-378HP and 410-446ft-lbs of torque! Maximum accelration gains are realized across the powerband with options for 91, 93, 104, or TrueFlex ethanol fuels. Stage 2 includes an aggressive exhaust afterrun in sport mode.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Shipping times depend on your location and our inventory levels.

In-Stock at T1 Motorsports Orders: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped out on the same business day.
Out-of-Stock & Distant Warehouse Orders: If an item is not in stock or is located in a warehouse, it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive at our facility before being shipped using the method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking & Confirmation: Delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided in your confirmation email once the order has shipped.

My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected. What Can I Do?

Before your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated arrival time (ETA) for your shipment.
While we do our best to meet all delivery expectations, unexpected delays may occur. Rest assured, our team is always here to help and resolve any issues.

What Is Your Order & Shipping Policy?

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. T1 Motorsports is not liable for any delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during ordering.

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

All processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% processing fee, this is mainly to cover any payment processing and cancelation fee with the manufacturer or warehouse. A processed order is an order that has already been put in our system and the product has been taken out of inventory and moving towards the packing and shipping face.

On special order or custom-made orders, the processing face is indicated when the manufacturer has received our order. Please be courteous and notify us ASAP if you wish to cancel any order(s) that were recently placed in order to prevent it from shipping out.

Due to the nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on special order items, opened, installed, incomplete, or otherwise used products. If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned within 30 days after the product has been delivered. This does not apply to SPECIAL ORDER items. Once the product is returned, you have two options for your refund:

You may have your purchase refunded back on your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee of the total amount. In this case, please know that the initial shipping is not refundable (free shipping items still incur shipping chargers which MUST be deducted on a return). All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of delivery date. If you are still browsing and want an alternate product, we can provide you with a full credit minus shipping costs as a T1 Motorsports store credit. Some brands are excluded and may incur up to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us to confirm.

On both refund options, a return shipping label may be provided if you are unable to ship the product(s) back using your own method of shipping. This shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund or credit.

What Should I Do If My Ordered Product Doesn't Fit?
