1. Improper adjustments made during installation may result in short-term or permanent damages to the iPE exhaust system and/or your vehicle. Please note, iPE will not be responsible for any damages to the vehicle, and warranties on iPE product(s) will be voided if the damages occurred due to improper installation.The warranty will also be voided in case of accidents, modifications, improper or competition uses. If you have any questions regarding installing an iPE exhaust system please contact the iPE authorized dealer you purchased from.
2. The manufacturer, importer or dealer shall not be liable for any incidental damage including personal injury or any other damages caused by improper installation or operation of the iPE exhaust system. When installing the iPE exhaust system, please ensure that the exhaust system does not make contact with wires that might cause it to melt.
3. iPE Exhaust guarantees full warranty of iPE exhaust systems for a total period of 1 year – starting from the date of purchase noted on the invoice. (Warranty is only applicable to exhaust systems purchased via iPE or iPE authorized dealers.)

iPE 200 Cell High Flow Sport Cat Pipes – 1 Year Warranty.
Cat-bypass Pipes (Catless) - We recommend an ECU tune as we will NOT provide warranty for CEL (Check Engine Light) when changing to Cat-bypass Pipes.
iPE Exhaust Tips - We highly recommend users, DO NOT wash with strong acid and strong based organic solvent.
Warranties are non-transferable.
Warranty is limited to an exchange or repair of the defective part, full system will not be replaced unless required.
Warranty will not be applicable if the iPE exhaust system is purchased in a country where iPE is not authorized.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Shipping times depend on your location and our inventory levels.
- In-Stock at T1 Motorsports Orders: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped out on the same business day.
- Out-of-Stock & Distant Warehouse Orders: If an item is not in stock or is located in a warehouse, it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive at our facility before being shipped using the method selected at checkout.
- Order Tracking & Confirmation: Delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided in your confirmation email once the order has shipped.

What Is Your Order & Shipping Policy?
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. T1 Motorsports is not liable for any delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during ordering.
What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
All processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% processing fee, this is mainly to cover any payment processing and cancelation fee with the manufacturer or warehouse. A processed order is an order that has already been put in our system and the product has been taken out of inventory and moving towards the packing and shipping face.
On special order or custom-made orders, the processing face is indicated when the manufacturer has received our order. Please be courteous and notify us ASAP if you wish to cancel any order(s) that were recently placed in order to prevent it from shipping out.
Due to the nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on special order items, opened, installed, incomplete, or otherwise used products. If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned within 30 days after the product has been delivered. This does not apply to SPECIAL ORDER items. Once the product is returned, you have two options for your refund:
You may have your purchase refunded back on your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee of the total amount. In this case, please know that the initial shipping is not refundable (free shipping items still incur shipping chargers which MUST be deducted on a return). All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of delivery date. If you are still browsing and want an alternate product, we can provide you with a full credit minus shipping costs as a T1 Motorsports store credit. Some brands are excluded and may incur up to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us to confirm.
On both refund options, a return shipping label may be provided if you are unable to ship the product(s) back using your own method of shipping. This shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund or credit.
What Should I Do If My Ordered Product Doesn't Fit?
We strive on making our fitment guide perfect. If you have any fitment issues regarding your product, please contact us by email or phone and we will solve your issue.
What is Your Order Pickup Policy?
- Once you receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup, you may collect it at our store during regular business hours.
- If you wish to designate someone else to pick up your order, please notify us via email with their full name. They will need to provide a valid ID at the time of pickup.
- To expedite the process, please bring your order number when arriving at the store.
- You have 60 days from the date your order status is updated to "Ready for Pickup" to collect your order, unless a different pickup date has been agreed upon.
Orders not picked up within the 60-day window will be deemed abandoned and canceled. No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
